INTERSTAR SECURITY SERVICES, INC. had its inception in early 1997 when the present set of officers decided to organize a reliable security agency that could cater to the needs of its clientele with optimum service.
Incorporators' Qualifications
The incorporators of the agency are all members in good standing of various reputable socio-civic organizations in their respective communities and are experienced and qualified security profesionals.

Guard Recruitment and Selection
The recruitment and training of guards are in strict compliance with the prevailing set of standards established by the Philippine National Police and the Philippine Association of Detective and Protection Agency Operators, Inc. (PADPAO)
Guards' Training
All new recruits are required to undergo Pre-Licensing training for one week. This entails physical and mental training including proper handling of firearms. Subsequently, all licensed security guards are required to undergo yearly refresher courses and are required to renew their licences and clearances every two years.
Guards' Morale
The morale of our guards are developed and safeguarded through the timely payment of their salaries and other benefits due them. We also monitor their lifestyles and family activities to ensure rational behavior and their best performance while on oifficial duty.
Supervision
Despite the rigid training of our guards, we still supervise them strictly and closely, checking them randomly in therir posts to keep them on their toes. Our field inspection teams conduct daily rounds of the clients' establishment 24/7 including holidays. Frequent dialogs with client's' representatives to address problems are conducted regularly.
Mobility and Communication
For quick and effective monitoring of our men in the field, we issue cellphones and radio equipment. Communication devices are installed in detachments for ready response to emergencies. Hand held radios for internal communications are also provided our securtiy guards so we can get in touch with them at all times...
Armaments
The armaments issued to our guards are all in line with the standards of the PNP. Our operatives are properly trained to be aware of the importance of gun safety and proper handling.
